"If it wasn't for Andy Pursgloves' assistance, advice and knowledge over the last 8 months, I think I would have totally lost the will. He found me a mortgage, kept me updated throughout the waiting process and when the interest rates dropped, answered my many and varied queries throughout the process, talked me through all the complications, and was generally just an excellent help and a calming presence - he went way over and above in my opinion, and I'm very grateful to him for that. Also a shout out to Ash-Lee who helped me wade through suitable insurances quotes to make sure I am totally protected. Thank you both for making the long process less stressful than it could have been."
